Our team is lead by Darla Stewart, C.P.M. Darla possesses 30+ years of experience in procurement and project management, specializing in the foodservice industry. Prior to her 16 years with the University of Texas at Austin, Darla worked with Texas state and local governments, K-12, Le Cordon Bleu, e-Procurement implementation, national restaurant chains and food manufacturer's representative. Darla has been recognized for her innovative approach to procurement processes, in-depth knowledge of group purchasing organzations, cost saving strategies and passionate problem solving.
